For anyone struggling during Lockdown ​

The coaches have put together 5 achievable goals we should be working towards daily

1. Steps-10k+/day
2. Sleep-8hours+ 
3. 3 Healthy meals + 1 Snack
4. Hydrate 2+litres/day
5. Exercise-20+mins (minimum)

These goals will be discussed each Monday during our Lockdown Lifestyle Living class
